Actually, cutting the rungs was the easy part of the job. Wait until you see the contortions it takes to cut the tower legs! |
If I had tried to pose this shot, folks would have said it was exhibitionism, pure and simple. Here I am intent on cutting the firts tower leg to a highly accurate length. And the camera catches my bulge almost grotesquely exagerated! There's gotta be something to love in that! |
Sometimes a rubberman's gotta just get down and grovel! As comfortable as the last position was, I couldn't get quite close enough to my cut. Yes, this feels better in all the best ways! |
These must be my two favorite photos of the set. So sweatily intense. I've finished cutting the first tower leg, every muscle at attention, back arched, standing on my booted toes, focussed on the SawZall and my loadbearing bulge in equal proportions. Rubberman life hardly gets better! |
A juiced and sweaty Harold marks the next leg for cutting. It appears his bulge is still healthy! |
Get down, SawZaller Harold! Man, I can't believe these poses. So naturally athletic, vulnerable work-centered and sensual! I think we're about to cut through the second tower leg. Isn't rubberman work wonderful therapy? |
Two legs cut and I'm marking the third. The rubberman work session may end soon! |
